We are Gas Safe and Corgi registered, meaning our engineers are fully qualified boiler installers, and qualified to undertake gas safety checks and provide a gas safety certificate for all gas appliances in your home. Being Gas Safe registered is an essential requirement in order to undertake checks and issue a safety certificate. Landlords Safety Certificates

Since 1996 it has been law that landlords must have all gas appliances and pipe work checked by a Gas Safe qualified engineer every twelve months, and obtain a Landlord Safety Certificate (CP 12) to prove they are all safe.

This differs from a service as a gas safety check, as equipment is required to be tested for:

  • Adequate supply of fresh air
  • Efficient burning of gas
  • Safety devices to be fully working and ensuring they shut down the appliance should a fault occur.
  • Fumes to be safely removed
